Deposit Agreement
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once the Client has signed this agreement and paid the required deposit. Upon receipt of the deposit, the Client’s wedding date and a design slot will be reserved in the Designer’s schedule.
2. Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required to secure the booking. No work will commence and the wedding date will not be held until the deposit has been received.
3. Non-Refundable Deposit
The deposit is strictly non-refundable. This payment secures the Designer’s time, design slot, andavailability for the Client’s wedding date. If the Client decides not to proceed with the project for anyreason, the deposit will not be returned.
4. Cancellation by Client
If the Client cancels the project after paying the deposit, the deposit will be retained by the Designer as compensation for reserving the date and turning away other potential bookings.
5. Reservation of Wedding Date
By paying the deposit, the Client acknowledges that the Designer is reserving their wedding date and allocating time for design, production planning, and communication related to the project.
6. Agreement
Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and confirms the Client’s intention to proceed with the wedding stationery services. One Month Prior to the event, the remaining 60% of the estimate less the deposit will be due.
