Refund policy
Welcome to the returns and refunds section of our website!
Due to the fact most of our items are personalized unfortunately I will not always be able to accept refund or returns. For this reason I please ask you to ensure you are 100% happy with your items before checking out and that all spellings are correct. I will write what I am given and cannot be held responsible for misspellings or mistakes.
If you would like to change your order or have a problem with your order please do not hesitate to contact me straight away and I would be happy to help you as much as possible.
You may return generic, non personalized gifts and items to us for a full refund or exchange within 14 working days of your order being dispatched. We do not provide paid shipping for returns. Please ensure all items that are being returned are in the same condition as you received them otherwise we will not be able to offer you a full refund.
We don’t accept any responsibility for items that are lost in the post when being returned to us so we recommend you use a track and trace service just to be extra safe. Please add a note to your parcel with all your details so we know who it is from.

Please note it can take up to 3 weeks to receive your refund due to the length of time the parcel returns to us and then how long it takes for us to refund you and the money to return to your bank account. You can always contact us for any return question at prettyglamcreations@gmail.com or through DM’s on instagram (@prettyglamcreations) and we would be happy to help you through this process
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Faulty / missing orders must be reported within 30 days in order to be resolved. We are not able to refund items or replace items after the 30 day time period.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
