Shipping policy

All of our parcels are shipped with either An Post & DPD

An Post Tracked Delivery (1-2 business days) €6.00 (free over €150)

DPD Tracked Delivery (1-2 business days) €12.95

Once a parcel is in the post it is out of my hands. Unfortunately if a parcel does not arrive on time or takes longer to ship than usual I am not able to do anything about this (especially as I try my best to send parcels out within good timing to ensure it gets to you on time).

This is why I have now decided to only offer tracked delivery on most parcels so you are able to know the whereabouts of your parcel at all times and if you do have any issues you can contact An Post or DPD and they will be able to help you further
